Refreshes the credits for a subaccount

To be used by Agency admins only. Refreshes the credits of your subaccounts with an optional field to set the next billing date.

• agency_id: the agency ID under which the subaccount is created
• subaccount_user_id: the user ID for which the billing refresh has to be performed
• next_billing_cycle_in_months: sets the next refresh date for the user. default = as per the billing plan
